About the Role
HII- Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Program Personnel Security Specialist to join us in Honolulu, HI. This role involves providing crucial technical security support for government and DoD programs by implementing security policies, managing personnel access quotas, and conducting program indoctrinations, among other responsibilities.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical security support for government and DoD programs - Interpret and administer security policy - Monitor personnel access quotas and program access request processing - Conduct program indoctrinations and debriefings - Review document classifications, electronic media, and equipment - Develop and implement facility operating procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field - Demonstrated understanding of security policies for government and DoD programs - Familiarity with personnel security access controls - Ability to learn and apply security regulations - Strong analytical and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Active SECRET clearance
