Exciting Opportunity as a Regional Sales Manager at Talroo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new customer opportunities and drive sales of products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Manage sales activities independently and efficiently.
  • Capture leads and convert them into business through various channels.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers and partners.
  • Create and deliver presentations to showcase products and solutions.
  • Utilize CRM system for business development and account management.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Work with engineering to develop customized solutions for customers.

Requirements:

Education

BS or AS degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, electronics technologist, mobile hydraulics, or mechatronics).

Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Driven to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Technical aptitude to engage with engineers effectively.

Additional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in off-highway vehicle OEMs.
  • Prior engineering background.
  • Knowledge of electronics controls and vehicle communication systems.
