Toyota of North Miami is seeking a full-time Dealership Cashier to join our team in North Miami, Florida.

As a Dealership Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions at the dealership, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process all financial transactions, including customer payments, refunds, and deposits, using dealership accounting systems
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • Handle all cashiering duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Assist with cash management, such as preparing bank deposits and reconciling daily cash reports
  • Answer customer inquiries related to financial transactions and handle any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cashier or banking experience preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual preferred
