We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with Airport experience to join our team. In this role, you will use your extensive civil engineering background to oversee aviation projects, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and achieve project objectives. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in projects at general aviation and non-hub commercial service airports, including federally and state-funded airport improvement programs, as well as local projects at various airports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direction and management of FAA and State DOT aviation projects
  • Managing the entire project life cycle, from capital improvement planning to project close out, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensuring compliance with statewide aviation systems plans, airport master plans, safety regulations, environmental laws, and federal and state design standards
  • Applying FAA Advisory Circulars for airport design and construction
  • Creating contract specifications and bid estimates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering
  • P.E. certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment (AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial)
