We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients, understand their unique insurance needs, and provide customized solutions to protect what matters most to them.

You will be an integral part of our mission to help individuals and families secure their financial futures.

Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $40,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $25,000.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer personalized advice.
  • In-

Person Meetings:
Conduct face-to-face discussions with clients to understand their expectations and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.

  • Policy Recommendations: Recommend insurance plans that align with clients' specific needs and financial goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the agency's client base and grow revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Licensing: Possess an active California Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Customer-Centric: A customerfocused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients and providing exceptional service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
