About the Senior Engineering Manager, Digital Supply Chain position at Crunchyroll
  • Lead technical planning and execution for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, and Platform Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality results following the software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain the Crunchyroll Video Supply chain platform
  • Work closely with program management to ensure successful project delivery
  • Establish and cater to team development needs, including training, resource management, and team optimization based on requirements
  • Mentor engineers and manage vendor relationships

As the Senior Engineering Manager, Digital Supply Chain, you will report to the VP, Enterprise Engineering. This role is based in Coppell, Texas.

What We're Looking For
  • You are a seasoned engineer with a proven track record in delivering enterprise business applications
  • You have over 6 years of experience leading software engineering teams
  • You excel in building and nurturing engineering teams, providing technical mentorship
  • You thrive on solving complex technical challenges and fostering strong relationships across all levels of an organization
  • You have a knack for agile project management, goal-setting, and strategic alignment
  • You can effectively manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and navigate through ambiguity
  • Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and have experience in Digital Supply Chain solutions
  • You possess a deep understanding of media asset management, workflow automation, and rights management
