Essential Functions

:

  • Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and following dealership standards
  • Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a nontechnical manner to service advisors and customers
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay uptodate with rapidly changing technology
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made

Requirements

:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record
  • Able to pass a preemployment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
