Connect Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Bar Saw Operator for a leading supplier of metals and titanium for the aerospace industry in the city of Garden Grove, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Requirements ofBar Saw Operator:

  • 1 year previous experience operating saw equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably with metals or titanium.
  • Proven experience driving a sit-down forklift, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting tape measurements accurately.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Ability to safely lift 50lbs+
  • Prior experience in roles such as forklift operator, CNC Saw Operator, Metal Cutting Operator, Industrial Saw Operator a big plus

Responsibilities of a Bar Saw Operator:

  • Operate and maintain saw equipment to cut metals and titanium according to specifications and production schedules.

  • Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to ensure precise cutting dimensions.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize cutting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
