What we are looking for in a front desk/sales staff:

  • Must have a warm, friendly, and positive attitude
  • Checkin and checkout clients efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Promote studio to walkin clients
  • Perform sales pitch to prospective clients instudio
  • Perform sales pitch to prospective clients over the phone
  • Process payments
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Handle clients complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Perform general cleaning tasks (i.e., take out trash, wipe surfaces)
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

PVPT Waterford is an all-inclusive Pilates studio in located in Southeastern Connecticut. We aim to provide our clients with the absolute best experience possible, with the best equipment in a positive and uplifting environment

Our current schedule openings include weekdays (evenings) & Weekends (early morning, Saturdays)

Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
