Job Title: CNC Machinist

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at a renowned manufacturing company. As a CNC Machinist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Set up, program, and operate various machines including mills, lathes, and EDMs
  • Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications using measuring equipment
  • Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed
  • Keep dimensions within specified tolerances by adjusting controls and tool settings
  • Secure workpieces in machines and position tools accurately
  • Read blueprints, select cutting tools, and follow instructions
  • Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures
  • Complete necessary paperwork for parts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Familiarity with CNC equipment and conversational programming
  • Experience in setting up tooling on mills
  • Understanding of prints and measuring devices
