SandersFit Rehab and Therapy, an Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic located in APE Fitness & Performance in Southlake, Texas, is searching for a Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our team. Our dynamic physical therapy clinic is in need of a professional front office team member with a strong presence, a commitment to wellness, and a passion for assisting others. Join a fantastic team in a positive work environment.

FULL TIME position Monday to Friday. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, patient, professional, and highly organized. Previous experience is valued, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Please submit your RESUME for consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients promptly and courteously
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Accurately gather patient health insurance, demographics, and referral information
  • Collect required co-pays and patient financial obligations during visits
  • Manage payment reports
  • Monitor and manage Patient Account Receivables balances
  • Verify Insurance Benefits

Perform various administrative duties such as faxing, e-filing, and maintaining patient records

Obtain authorizations (training provided)

Collaborate with team members to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, lobby, and treatment spaces

Must have the ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds on a regular/occasional basis
