Adecco is currently looking for a shipping and receiving clerk to join our team in the Auburn Hills, Michigan area from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The ideal candidate is someone who has been in shipping/receiving, experience in logistics, and works well in a busy environment.

If this is a position that you would be interested in, APPLY NOWJob Summary The candidate will perform duties as a Shipping Clerk in a warehouse setting by following established procedures for receiving and dispatching goods.

They will handle administrative tasks related to logistics coordination for ABB Robotics US projects using software systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.

In other terms, this job is like being a mail sorter at a big company; you will check that packages are not broken and have the right labels before sending them out or putting them away in storage using computers.


Skill Requirements Must-Have:
Shipping & Receiving experienceAdministrative backgroundProficient in using ERP systems , especially SAPAbility to utilize Microsoft Office effectivelyKnowledge of US Customs regulations , NAFTA , and Free Trade AgreementsPreferred: Experience with materials handling equipment such as fork-trucks and pallet-jacksFamiliarity with power tools for packaging purposesSkill Education S&R experience : managing incoming and outgoing shipments including verification of contents against shipping documents

Admin background :
experience in office management tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments or managing correspondence

ERP :
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a type of software used by companies to manage day-to-day business activities such as accounting, procurement, project management and supply chain operations

SAP :
SAP is an ERP software that helps businesses run their operations more efficiently by integrating various functions into one system

Microsoft Office :

Microsoft Office is a suite of productivity applications including Word for document processing, Excel for spreadsheets analysis etc., commonly used in office settings.


US Customs regulations :
These are laws enforced by the U.S. government that regulate imports and exports to ensure safety compliance.

Pay Details:
