Sapphire Health Services is seeking a Director of Health Services (RN)/Wellness Director (RN) to lead our clinical department.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.
The Director of Health Services will oversee and conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate resident care, and provide leadership and education to our committed Health Services team.
Our ideal candidate will be proficient in Oregon laws and regulations and have a strong background working in Community Based Care settings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement new procedures and protocols as needed to enhance resident careTrain, supervise, lead, and motivate the Health Services team to deliver compassionate comprehensive careThe Director of Health Services (RN) will assist clinical staff in identifying changes in resident condition and provide appropriate interventionsCommunicate with residents, staff, family members, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Active Oregon RN LicenseProven experience in Community Based Care settingsProficiency in Oregon laws and regulations pertaining to healthcareStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse teamExcellent communications and interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to providing compassionate and quality care to our residents
