Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets and other documents.
  • Order office supplies and keep office areas presentable and organized
  • Create and document processes and standard operating procedures

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda setting, taking minutes, and distributing postmeeting action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and executive presentations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth meeting logistics.

Project Management:

  • Support the CEO in managing key projects and initiatives by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Coordinate crossdepartmental projects and ensure alignment with the CEO's strategic priorities.

Travel and Event Planning:

  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Organize and coordinate events, both internal and external, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Represent the CEO professionally in all interactions, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably reporting to C-level executives.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
