Role Overview

Crotonville Hotel and Conference Center is on the lookout for a dynamic, forward-thinking salesperson to drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. As a key representative, you will engage with clients to promote the conference center's services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Utilizing tools like SalesForce and Cvent, you will identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to maximize revenue potential. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, team player, and exhibit strong communication and sales skills.
  • Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 with a Sales Incentive Plan
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Sales Management within a hotel/resort setting
- Proficiency in SalesForce (Delphi) preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with the local market and a passion for sales

Compensation Details

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
