Ascend Medical is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our fast-growing, innovative 'whole person' primary care business. This hybrid-remote position manages the daily department operations and activity across multiple teams to achieve specific business outcomes.

Develops, implements, and orchestrate the execution of project plans to operationalize key strategic initiatives including: (This includes creating detailed project plans, setting project milestones, and managing the overall project timeline.

  • Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues that may impact project timelines.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within project scopes and the broader organizational context.
  • Uses data and problem-solving to identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline operational processes and/or drive efficient use of resources and materials.
  • Recommends, communicates, and implements approved operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Presents performance reports and metrics to the VP of Operations and other leadership.
  • Identifies training needs and partners with training resources to develop and then deploy high quality training across Operations.

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management or

  • At least 3 years of experience in health care operations management in a clinic setting is required.
  • Customer service, technical support, or back-office experience is preferred.
Strong project leadership skills.

  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
