Job Summary
The Claims Division is looking for a new team member to join the National Accounts Casualty (NAC) Team as a Senior Claims Account Manager (CAM). This role involves actively managing and overseeing assigned NAC business accounts for Workers Compensation, Auto, and General Liability claims on various bases and through third-party administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TPAs to ensure proper claims handling and service delivery
- Attend mediations and trials
- Grant authority on cases above TPA limits
- Make coverage determinations and issue related communications
- Conduct claims audits
- Facilitate tasks between Arch and TPAs for seamless service
- Act as a primary contact for NAC accounts
- Assist in the risk selection process with Underwriting and Risk Control
- Address loss trends, regulatory issues, and more
Education and Experience
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of multi-line claims experience; 15+ years preferred
- Proper Adjuster Licenses in applicable states
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel
