As a Marketing Manager , your role involves executing global strategies efficiently. You will identify investment opportunities to drive growth while meeting stakeholder expectations. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in achieving marketing targets and sales key performance indicators in alignment with regional goals. Your responsibilities also include providing leadership in all marketing areas to meet brand sales and profit objectives effectively.

This position offers YOU the chance to lead key initiatives that will advance YOUR career. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of brand and category P&L's and resource allocation across various functions
  • Responsibility for brand KPI's like Net Sales, Market Share, Growth, A&P, and brand Contribution
  • Proficiency in utilizing different Media platforms to boost brand awareness, consideration, and trial, as well as tracking achievements against key media KPI's
  • Implementing brand plans tailored to the PH Market based on regional directives
  • Managing local marketing A&P and Opex budgets to ensure positive outcomes

Partnership

  • Collaborating with Sales, Expert Sales, Trade Marketing, Media Agencies, Digital Partners, and other teams for successful outcomes
  • Consulting with Expert Sales on program alignment and campaign strategies

We are seeking professionals with the following skills to help us achieve our objectives:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in leading teams in project-based and day-to-day scenarios
  • 8+ years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products or Over-the-Counter (OTC) marketing
  • Proficiency in delivering insights-driven consumer communications and driving brand growth
  • Experience in large-scale new product launches, collaboration with global teams, and operating in a matrix organization

Additionally, the following characteristics would be advantageous:

  • Master's degree
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to adapt and excel in various situations, including organizational changes
