Job Description:

Core X Plug We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay Range:

$ $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
