Job Details

  • Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the project objectives and deliverables within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, technical specifications, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or obstacles and implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project status, changes, and updates.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, helping to shape our technology strategy and drive business growth.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and practices, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of data security and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Computer Science, Information Technology. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Must have Alteryx experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find effective solutions to complex challenges.
  • High level of proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
