Are you a skilled leader passionate about boosting sales and marketing performance? We are looking for a dedicated Regional Director of Sales to aid our Vintage Park communities in Kansas under the Grace Management, Inc. umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to reach occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Handle new inquiries and arrange community visits/tours.
  • Join community visits/tours as necessary.
  • Conduct Business Development Appointments when required.

Summary of Duties

The Vintage Park Regional Director of Sales role gives guidance for the Sales & Marketing functions for a group of communities in Kansas within the Grace Management, Inc. portfolio. This role involves leading teams to achieve successful occupancy and revenue goals. Additionally, it involves qualifying and scheduling community visits/tours for Executive Directors. The position requires excellent time management, self-direction, and resourcefulness. Extensive travel is essential given the organization's broad reach.

Essential Functions

  • Qualify and schedule community visits and support Executive Directors with follow-up calls.
  • Train and develop sales teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to formulate successful strategies.
  • Assist in recruitment, hiring, and performance management of sales teams.
  • Provide clear sales performance expectations including KPIs.
  • Collaborate on solutions for sales and marketing challenges.
  • Evaluate sales data to identify effective initiatives.
  • Assist in developing strategic sales marketing plans and their execution.
  • Report systemwide CRM findings and drive improvements.
  • Guide each community's marketing budget.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold Residents Rights.
  • Build strong relationships with team members.
  • Exhibit positive communication and leadership skills to support the organization's culture.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks and duties.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Five years of senior living industry experience.
  • Two years of multi-site sales and marketing management experience.
  • Proficient in Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays.
  • Adherence to company Sales & Marketing Manual and all Policies and Procedures.
  • Completion of drug testing and background checks.
