Responsibilities:

  • Local delivery and execution of core welding
  • Enhancing employee engagement, safety, and health
  • Performing various employment related functions
  • Conducting Technical Inspections
  • Preparing input for management and log reports
  • Developing goals and priorities
  • Ensuring accuracy and completion of tasks and projects
  • Keeping detailed reports and documentation
  • Maintaining knowledge of technology changes and repair techniques
  • Continuous improvements in work cells and hitting quotas
  • Operate metalworking machinery
  • Reading and understanding production drawings and blueprints


Requirements:

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma, GED or certifications
  • Experience with GMAW and Tig welding
  • Aluminum & steel welding experience
  • 3+ years experience as a Welder
  • Experience with cutting tools and safe practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse environments
