Our distinct hostels nestled amidst mountains, by lakes, or near the coast each offer a unique experience.

About the role:

  • Manage the hostel's day-to-day operations efficiently
  • Ensure high-quality guest services and facilities are maintained at exceptional standards
  • Exceed guest expectations and handle feedback professionally
  • Ensure guests' health, safety, and security are a top priority
  • Implement operational plans to achieve the organization's goals

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles and team management in the hospitality sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in health and safety practices
  • Business acumen and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations
  • Understanding of asset management and contractor coordination
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
