SCHEDULE:
- 3rd Shift 7 on/7 off
- Hours: 9pm-8am
- Working days: Sunday-Saturday
- Shift differential available
- State pharmacy technician license required
- National certification preferred
- Prior pharmacy experience is advantageous

This position will be open for applications for a minimum of 7 business days.
Responsibilities:
- Process and enter orders into the computerized medication system accurately and efficiently
- Conduct drug calculations and ensure precision in dosage measurements
- Address claim denials and conduct follow-up procedures as necessary
- Stay updated on Medicaid claim regulations and procedures
- Prepare reports on unpaid claims and ensure timely follow-up
- Deliver excellent customer service to both external and internal stakeholders
- Assist in drug preparation and dispensing under pharmacist supervision
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medication terms, and the metric system; proficiency in computer operations
Licenses/Certifications:
- Must meet state and business requirements
- Detail-oriented, goal-driven, team player, customer-focused, strong oral communication
