The initial rate for this role is $16.50/hour.

This is a year-round temporary position with potential for full-time employment and future growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and assist passengers with trip requests
  • Maintain positive relationships with all customers
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner
  • Resolve passenger concerns
  • Distribute route schedules to organizations as needed
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Assist passengers with fare-related questions
  • Process payments using various methods and balance cash drawer at the end of the shift
  • Complete necessary forms and reports
  • Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED and one year of fast-paced, professional customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with rotating weekends and holidays
