  • Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Web Services
  • ITSM, Configuration Management (CMDB), Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, and UI Policies, Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform maps
  • Strong math and analytical skills excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
  • Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
  • Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
  • Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
  • Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals
  • Prepares reports on analyses
  • Generic Managerial Skills
Qualifications:
  • 6 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • 6 years' experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g.: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt.)
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements
  • Experience defining and documenting governance processes and procedures and ensuring that the processes are followed
