Our client is a well-respected, local CPA firm in Orlando, FL, providing accounting, audit, tax, and consulting services. Our client has a great track record of employee retention and growth. Currently, they are looking to add a Tax Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$110k – $120k

Position Overview:

The Tax Manager will lead multiple operations of the tax practice and deliver tax services that will increase the firm's reputation. You will act as a business advisor to clients with the goal of maximizing engagement and outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Tax Manager:
  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
  • Identify and mitigate risks for clients
  • Improve processes and procedures
  • Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis
  • Lead and review the work of tax associates
Qualifications for the Tax Manager:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Ideally 2+ years of previous leadership experience
  • CPA certification
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Tax is preferred
