Founded in 2011 by a group of friends, we've blossomed into a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States.


This full-time position contributes to 7 Leaves Cafe's success by managing store operations, planning and executing for financial success, and creating great teams and positive environments, while also connecting with customers and communities around them.

They are responsible for creating an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of the store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development.

Work Schedule This position regularly demands 40 hours per week including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays). May require occasional overtime hours with approval, with a starting rate of $23 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problemsolving skills to maintain store operations and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.
  • Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators like financial reports to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvements. Then creates action plans to achieve it
  • Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintaining a "customer comes first" attitude)
  • Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe operations (safety, security, customer satisfaction, product quality, etc)
  • Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goaldriven individuals to create a positive impact in their community
  • Cooperates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be able to work at any location in the assigned district or county
  • Have 25 years of customer service or retail management experience
  • Have excellent communication, problemsolving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Have strong leadership skills and are able to use them to coach and develop team members
  • Have a strong team wellbeing and salesfocused mindset
  • Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback
  • Able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking
  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
