Responsibilities

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
  • Basic grasp of sales principles and customer service standards
  • Fluency in English
  • Fundamental mathematical skills
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Hands-on familiarity with POS systems
  • Knowledge of inventory procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Friendly and dynamic demeanor with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and address concerns promptly
  • Availability for flexible work shifts
  • High school diploma; a degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous'
