How You'll Thrive:
This position doesn't require any prior wellness certifications or experience.
We are looking for someone who is interested in learning more about the wellness industry and has a passion for vitamin, mineral, herbal, and sports nutrition supplementation.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is ready to learn about health and wellness, as well as natural or holistic medicines.
A Day in the Life:
Assess customers' needs and direct them to products that fit those specific needs.
Educate customers on how recommended products work and why it was recommended for their needs.
Stay up to date on current health and wellness industry standards and topics.
Assist customers with their supplements and health-related questions.
Express sympathy and understanding when working with customers who share their physical and emotional concerns.
Assist with backstock organization and cleaning of all wellness products.
Clean, face, organize and replenish shelves in the wellness department.
Provide excellent customer service experience.
Availability and Compensation:
Part-time, Monday - Friday availability, and the ability to work any time on Saturdays
$12 - $14/hr, DOE
