You have a strong background as a product and raw material developer, you are a critical cross-functional leader, pivotal in building aesthetically and quality authentic product while achieving financial goals. You are excited to be a part of a dynamic environment where you will partner with manufacturing partners, design and merchandising teams.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is... atypical. You might interpereting design needs, reviewing prototypes, sourcing options in materials and techniques, or managing the calendar to insure timely turnover of development. To Land This Role:
BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience6+ years in raw materials/product development, sourcing, and/or productionStrong understanding of leatherStrong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skillsStrong math and collaborative skillsAble to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.Ability to travel as needed

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 95,000.00 USD - 135,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
