The Opportunity:

Candidates in this role will lead software engineering teams focusing on a React Native and Golang tech stack to enhance user well-being across numerous countries. The role demands a blend of leadership, technical prowess, a commitment to mentorship, and teamwork to drive ADCs R&D Software department forward.

What You'll Work On:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of mobile apps on React Native platform.
  • Provide technical leadership, promote innovation, and ensure seamless integration with the Cloud Platform Team.
  • Champion best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Lead strategic decisions, identify design issues, and ensure high standards of security and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Proficiency in mobile app development, React Native, and strong leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in global software delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in managing multilingual applications and diverse regulatory environments.
  • Experience in transitioning applications between frameworks.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices in mobile development.
  • Skills in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
