The position

We invite you to join our team as a sales associate at our stores. In this role, you will represent Bath & Body Works, catering to our customers' needs and assisting them in discovering the most suitable products for themselves and others. Our team members are committed to providing exceptional and consistent customer experiences that drive sales growth within the store and foster a positive, vibrant atmosphere. As an associate, you will:

  • Consistently apply our sales model in a collaborative and enjoyable setting
  • Achieve sales targets and meet expectations during assigned shifts
  • Establish a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through interactions, identifying needs, offering product recommendations, completing sales, and collecting customer contact information
  • Support product restocking initiatives to maintain a well-stocked store
  • Assist with store setups, window displays, visual merchandising, and marketing promotions as necessary
  • Adhere to our values, policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
