Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer goals
  • Stay updated on IT policies and procedures, especially related to incident handling and service level agreements
  • Utilize industry tools to provide reliable and high availability solutions
  • Monitor system performance, manage resources, and perform maintenance tasks

  • Implement Cloud-based solutions and disaster recovery strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Associate degree with relevant experience in Computer Science or related fields
  • Certification in Linux (LPIC, RHCE, RHCSA, LFCS) and/or Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE) is recommended
  • 5-7 years of experience in Systems Administration or related roles
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry and familiarity with Cisco networking, SAN administration, and Citrix
