Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Preparation of development estimates and design documents
  • Development of RPA solutions
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Perform unit and integration testing of automated solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Create Change Requests (CRs)
  • Deploy automated solutions
  • Monitor the performance of automated solutions and provide support for any issues that may arise. Implement exception handling and recovery strategies.
  • Provide training to end-users and work collaboratively with business teams to ensure the successful adoption of RPA solutions.
  • Ensure system availability to critical UiPath application and Environment through Incident and Problem investigation, root cause analysis and resolution.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of development experience architecting and developing RPA based solutions using UiPath technology
  • Experience in building moderate to complex scalable UiPath solutions employing best practices
  • Solid understanding of UiPath frameworks, automation workflows and components
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries
  • Knowledge of any of the programming languages like C#, Java, Python etc.
  • Knowledge of Web services and REST protocol
  • Experience in doing UAT, Bug Fixing & Support
  • Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
  • Ability to work in deadlines and manage expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • UI Path Certification a plus
  • Experience in Transportation or Logistics a major plus
  • Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent
