Job Description:
Patient Data Coordinator
Are you seeking a new opportunity in patient finance? Passionate about assisting patients with their financial questions as they navigate treatment? If so, join our Patient Financial Services department as a Patient Data Coordinator.
Role Overview:
Obtain, evaluate, and enter in the Patient Revenue Billing System demographic and financial information
Generate Medical Record Numbers in order to assess patient information prior to the patient's first appointment
Accurately enters all insurance-related codes according to departmental procedures so that pre-certification can be acquired
Respond to issues with a detailed, problem-solving approach to anticipate, accurately assess, and resolve issues and problems.
Crafting reports for missing registrations and other departmental reports
Key Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a healthcare insurance environment
Good attention to detail when handling a large amount of data
Core Skills:
Detailed, results-oriented, and organized with a high standard of accuracy
An excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
Able to exercise judgment with autonomy when handling sophisticated situations.
Pay Range $22.52-$31.13
