Our company is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Millwork Production Engineer to join our skilled team. As a leading provider of tailor-made millwork and cabinetry, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch products that surpass our clients' expectations. The successful applicant will oversee the production process, ensuring effectiveness, and upholding the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the complete production process for custom millwork and cabinetry, from initial design to final product installation.
  • Utilize advanced software tools like WoodWop, AutoCAD, Cutrite, Production Coach, and Microvellum to develop detailed designs and production plans.
  • Work closely with the design team to create innovative solutions for complex design obstacles.
  • Monitor production timelines to guarantee prompt product delivery.
  • Establish and uphold quality control measures to ensure all products meet our rigorous quality standards.
  • Address production challenges and execute necessary corrective actions.
  • Continually assess and enhance production processes to boost efficiency and cut down costs.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely material availability.
  • Educate and guide junior production staff, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in millwork production engineering, specifically in the cabinetry industry.
  • Proficiency in utilizing WoodWop, AutoCAD, Cutrite, Production Coach, and Microvellum.
  • Sound grasp of millwork production processes and quality control standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to troubleshoot intricate production issues.
