MAJOR AREA OF FOCUS:

Contribute to devising and executing yearly marketing strategies, collaborating closely with the internal marketing team, the ownership group, and the external advertising/PR agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Direct Marketing team on promotions, offers, and database marketing projects
  • Work alongside the advertising agency on all PR and Advertising endeavors
  • Supervise the television, radio, and billboard commercials traffic schedule and coordination with the agency
  • Propose innovative ideas for promoting the property via web, e-mail, and media promotions
  • Aid in planning and organizing major events for Bally's Dover
  • Assist in creating job orders for all design requirements for slots, hotel, entertainment, and harness
  • Monitor social media accounts for any follow-up requirements and guest service issues
  • Review all marketing materials for accuracy
  • Track expenses, reconcile invoices, and report projected expenses to the marketing and finance teams
  • Ensure precise and timely distribution of all reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to established safety regulations
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and guests
  • Abide by relevant policies and procedures
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform any other assigned duties
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Journalism, or possess equivalent work experience
  • Preferably have 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior project management experience is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and remain resourceful under pressure
  • Possess professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of multitasking, managing diverse operations, and collaborating effectively with all levels of employees and management
  • Strong interpersonal skills to nurture client, vendor, and internal relationships
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Fluency in spoken, written, and comprehended English
  • Skilled in numerical manipulation and basic math computations
  • Aptitude for analysis, report generation, and articulating recommendations on job-related matters
  • Effective oral and written communication, adept at planning, organizing, and completing tasks independently with a strong initiative
  • Ability to assess work quality, read and review documents, receive instructions, and respond to inquiries
  • Ensure punctuality and work flexibility including weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attire
