Hours:
40 hours per week

Schedule:
Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay:
Starting Pay: $33.51, Pay Range: $37.38

Primary Responsibility:
The role involves planning with clients and prospects to identify strategies for non-deposit investment products that align with clients' financial goals and priorities. The position requires acting in a fiduciary capacity and following the best interest standard. The ideal candidate must have expertise in making independent recommendations for appropriate solutions based on thorough profiling and understanding of clients' financial situations, goals, and objectives. This position supports senior colleagues in managing client interactions and appointments, providing recommendations, and offering support. Additionally, the job involves providing training, education, and acting as a contact resource to grow business.

Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve all assigned sales goals for investments, insurance, and trust.
- Schedule appointments utilizing existing client base, follow client experience processes, and make recommendations.
- Work on opportunities presented by Contact Center leads following outlined processes.
- Develop expertise through education and training to strengthen client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings.
- Maintain a good relationship with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Cultivate relationships with assigned branches, provide education during meetings, and be a subject matter expert for the branch team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience.
- Two years of directly related experience with a successful sales track record in the securities industry.
- Series 7, 65, and 63 required.
- NY State Life Insurance and Accident and Health Insurance License.
- Advanced planning designations preferred.
- Experience in client meetings through financial planning.
