In this role, the Center Medical Director supports the Director of Medical Operations by delivering outstanding clinical care within the center, aligned with Concentra's clinical model. As the Medical Director, you will share duties with the Center Leadership Team, overseeing tasks such as onboarding, coaching, ensuring adherence to standard workflows, and maintaining high-quality clinical delivery. Additionally, you will provide direct patient care, mentorship, and uphold clinical excellence for an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am-5pm
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • 100% center-based role focusing on direct patient care and mentoring, in collaboration with a full-time PA-C
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance clinical quality, safety, and patient experience
  • Manage center staffing and address coverage needs as they arise
  • Engage with employers, payers, and local communities to drive market growth
  • Oversee drug/alcohol testing of patients when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Current medical license in the state of practice
  • Unrestricted DEA license
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
