Contract: W2, 2-months, Extension Likely

Location: 55 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 10038

Hybrid: (2-4 days/week on site depending on production schedule)

Pay Range: $ /hour Based on YOE

Brief Summary:

This individual contributor position is responsible for managing the sampling process end-to-end – from prepositioning sample yardage to delivering accurate and timely product samples for key milestone meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sampling process from start to finish.
  • Track and report sample yardage and garment sample readiness.
  • Work with cross-functional partners including Design, Product Development, and Raw Materials.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers.
  • Propose solutions to improve ready dates and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
  • Experience with PLM, Centric PLM experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in product development or raw materials.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with associates at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
