Physician- Anesthesiologist

This job listing is for a Physician position with eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement initiative. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to potentially receive up to $200,000 in loan repayment over a period of one to five years through the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office.
Qualifications:- Meet basic requirements and any additional criteria as outlined in the job announcement
- Hold a Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an approved institution
- Possess a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine
- Completed residency training in an accredited program leading to board certification eligibility
Work Environment:
This role involves patient care in a controlled setting with specific physical requirements including lifting, carrying, and standing. There may be exposure to various elements in the work environment.
- Monitor patients pre, during, and post anesthesia
- Administer anesthesia during medical procedures
- Conduct examinations and diagnostic tests
- Coordinate anesthesiological services
- Provide medical care and consultation
- Conduct medical research
