Description:
Working as a Sales Associate at Patriot Care, you will provide personalized guidance and support to patients seeking medical marijuana treatment. Your role involves ensuring each patient receives the most suitable medication for their specific health condition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Complete intake forms and maintain accurate records in the system for future reference.
  • Verify patient purchase limits and communicate relevant information to pharmacists.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle inquiries via calls or emails regarding products and general information.
  • Manage patient records using specialized software.
  • Update databases and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
  • Promote and sell Patriot Care products while upholding integrity.

Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Two years of customer service experience, with retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems and Windows OS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Additional Information:
  • The role may involve standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds.
  • Effective verbal communication skills are essential in interacting with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
