  • Job Summary
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Drive technology projects within set timelines and budgets.
    • Design, develop, analyze, and support testing of products/systems.
    • Mentor and coach engineers.
    • Review customer requirements and develop cost-effective designs.
    • Provide input on budget, cost, and schedules.
    • Document specifications and material requirements.
    • Analyze designs and evaluate components.
    • Support design to cost and manufacture requirements.
    • Create prototypes to mitigate development risks.
    • Communicate effectively with teams and customers.
    • Contribute to proposal preparations.
    • Provide technical expertise and assistance.
    • Interact with various stakeholders for technical coordination.
    • Support organizational values and culture.
    • Attend engineering and business meetings.
    • Participate in software design, development, and testing.

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience.
    • Proficiency in multiple engineering disciplines.
