Summary:
The Bell Service Manager at Rosen Hotels & Resorts supervises the Bellman and Doorman's daily performance, ensuring smooth and efficient Bell Service operations They manage the timely and accurate delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, and letters at the Concierge The Bell Service Manager maintains a drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free workplace

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the daily performance of Bellman and Doorman to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, and letters at the Concierge
- Maintain proper records of items kept at Concierge and manage inventory
- Constantly stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to lbs during Bell Service tasks
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace
