We are currently in search of an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate electrical cost estimates for projects to support bidding and pricing
  • Analyze project documentation to determine material, labor, and time estimates
  • Review contract details to establish project scope and estimate requirements
  • Solicit and assess vendor quotes based on project specifications
  • Maintain accurate project files and pricing information
  • Evaluate design options and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school
  • Proven track record of estimating projects valued at $10M and above
  • Minimum 5 years of estimating experience, preferably in construction
  • Familiarity with estimating techniques, cost control, and relevant software
  • Proficiency in Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with various software applications
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PDFs, and Power Point
