If so, we are searching for an Associate Engineer to take direction and learn to assist with improve and protect the software and systems behind all T-Mobile's IT services, including management of scalability, availability, latency, performance, security, capacity, and delivering of software faster, better, and cheaper. Analyzing & maintaining CICD Pipelines to supporting the building the next generation of T-Mobile applications on cloud native platforms, the SRAE's maintain phenomenal customer experience and product innovation by continuous improvement of operational support.

Responsibilities:

Utilizes base level understanding of emerging DevOps-centric automation tools and technologies for CICD, configuration management, etc. for non-prod environments.Utilizes software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of T-Mobile's services.Uses dashboards for continuous monitoring and health check of applications, and the underlying infrastructure, improve the quality of services using the monitoring feedback for non-production environment.Develops and prepares data for dashboard views.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:0 - 2 years Systems Reliability Engineering (Preferred)Experience with the performance testing tool Load Runner (Preferred)Experience working in Agile and DevOps environment. (Preferred)Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools: Jenkins, Cloudbees, etc., and other automation tools. (Preferred)Experience with DevOps tools, such as, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc. Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, etc. is preferable. (Preferred)Experience in APM tools: AppDynamics, Grafana, etc. Data mining tools such as Splunk. (Preferred)Experience in a cloud environment (public/private). (Preferred)Experience in migrating to cloud or cloud native environment's experience is preferable. (PreferredExperience in one or more of: C, C#, Java, Perl, Python, Go, or scripting experience in Shell and Perl. (Preferred)Education:Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Required)At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United States
