The JobThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.

Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sellAbility to work 40+ hours and be flexible hours on weekdays/weekendsAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerAbility to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retailExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, over text and via email.

Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using sound reasoning and judgment.
An affinity and passion for health and wellness.

Excellent time management skills, able to summarize daily/weekly/monthly results and communicate to ownership in a timely mannerHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and goalsProfessional, punctual, reliable and neat.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, email marketing, CRMDUTIESLead generation through Pop-up events, Grass Roots Marketing and Networking Daily, 50+ outreach calls/texts/emails and prospectingDrive membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsTrain & supervise Sales Associates and Flexologist staffProficiency in ClubReady (CRM), to include member management, reports, invoices, time clock, etc.

Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect outstanding duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studioEnforce StretchLab policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
