As a Production Supervisor, your role includes:

  • Leading with a safety-first mindset and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies
  • Providing leadership, training, and administration to your team
  • Overseeing quality, production, safety, and problem-solving in your assigned areas
  • Operating in compliance with safety standards
  • Communicating effectively and motivating your team
  • Enforcing handbook policies and collaborating with other departments
  • Being flexible and adaptive to assigned duties

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree with 1 year exp., or High School Diploma with 3 years exp.
  • Supervisory skills to achieve production goals
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
  • Willingness to attend leadership and educational classes
  • Authorized to work in the US
