Job Title: Early Learning Program Supervisor

- Hire, orient, and supervise a team of approximately 10-12 student employees within the Early Learning Program.
- Provide direct training, feedback, and coaching to student employees on a regular basis.
- Oversee all student experiences in the program and coordinate with the College of Education and Human Ecology for long-term student teacher placements.
- Coordinate semester-long student experiences from affiliated colleges and programs, which may include observation or leadership projects.
- Support management decision-making by providing information on operations and staffing issues.
- Manage the budget, including account payments, purchases, and ensuring accurate family tuition account balances.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payments associated with programs like the Autism Scholarship Program.
- Coordinate services between children in multiple programs and oversee purchasing and ordering of supplies and equipment.
- Act as a liaison for organizations in Franklin County, organize and maintain data in the NIRS database for federal sponsors, and coordinate special events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the field of developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Managerial experience is a plus.
- Successful completion of a background check and may require a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
